A cool and dewy acrylic. Glue or ‘size’ is splashed and allowed to dry until tacky. Then gold leaf is applied to the sticky splashes and the excess gently wiped away. A mild acid is applied in stripes to tarnish selective areas, injecting architectural order to the scene.
